Investigate the initial situation
When starting a new project, it is incredibly important to thoroughly assess the initial situation. Jan is happy to do this for you, paying special attention to the following cornerstones.
Taking stock: Jan takes a closer look at the planting that is already in place and comes up with a plan on how to bring them to their full potential. We look at the existing adult trees, assess their position and possibly suggest moving them to a more optimal location.
Optimizing soil life: We investigate your soil and formulate a strategy to optimize its current condition. If needed, we take soil samples to investigate the soil life further. We always base our plan on what is already there to ensure and enhance the quality of the soil life. Using chroma analysis, we can obtain a detailed survey of the quantity, quality, and diversity of the existing soil life.
Taking into consideration the environment: In order to correctly judge a green space’s eco services, it is important to take its environment into account. For example: the removal of a tree surrounded by similar trees will have less of an impact on the fauna living in your green space than the removal of a tree in a less wooded area.
